    Tips: The methods of verifying the parameters of the fiber laser marking machine

    1. First of all, it is required to fetch the points of four corners on the baseplate of the marking head. Then, please employ a steel ruler o measure their straight intervals with the marking platform, thus making the data measured of the four test points to be thoroughly the same. If watching with naked eyes, the difference should be no more than 0.5mm. A leveling instrument can be firstly used to level the marking surface. Then the tightening marking head can be used to  hold the line of the four intervals.
    2. Employ the imitated light, such as the light of the red light indicating. Or perhaps it can directly open the laser to enable it to have connection model. Of course, the power should not be too big, so as to make the light to be able to stack output in the middle shaft position of the marking head well.
    3. Install the X and Y driving circuit plates. Please pay attention that the installation orientation must be convenient for wiring. Furthermore, the radiating silicone grease will be added to the aluminum base of the driving plate and the marking head.
    4. Install the X and Y motor. A slight fixation is enough. Please pay attention that the lens of the two motors could not be bumped. Furthermore, it is required to make sure that the vibration lens should not bump together at any swinging viewpoint.
    5. Supply power to the vibration lens. Before supplying power, please check if the positive and negative 24V and 0V of both the vibration lens plate and the power line are connected correctly.
    6. Regulate the approximate directions of X and Y vibration lens. Please make sure that the red light is presented on the marking platform.
    7. Regulate the height and viewpoint of the X vibration lens slightly. Since X vibration lens are used to control the horizontal direction, the red light must be in the middle of the vibration lens by rolling the direction slightly to point justly below the lens direction.
    8. Regulate the depth and viewpoint of the Y vibration lens slightly. Since X vibration lens are used to control the vertical direction, please roll the direction slightly to make the indicating light to be placed justly below the lens direction.
    9. After regulation, lock X and Y motors.
