Hydraulic motor wear phenomenon

Output shaft oil seal leakage causes
After dismantling and testing, the axial and radial clearance of the output shaft is in line with the standard, and the mating surface of the output shaft and oil seal has no obvious wear. However, it was found that the rubber of the oil seal was aging and hardening, and the elasticity was deteriorating. After the oil seal lip is worn, the preload force and oil sealing performance decreases, and the high oil temperature accelerates the wear of the oil seal lip. In addition, due to the internal leakage of the hydraulic motor, the back pressure inside the housing is too high, which further aggravates the oil seal lip wear and oil leakage.
The reason for the wear of the flow plate

Just install the new hydraulic motor, due to the motor housing is not filled with hydraulic oil, so that the friction surface of the friction side lack of sufficient lubrication and cause wear. Especially at the beginning of the work with a large load, more intensified with the wear of the flow disc with the valve disc friction surface due to wear roughness, so that the friction between the impurity storage space increased, into the friction surface of the particles and the metal particles were ground down with the flow disc rotation, intensified the wear. The failure of the filter element of the hydraulic system makes the hydraulic oil mixed with particulate impurities, small particles in the process of rotating the flow disc into the friction surface, so that the friction surface abrasive wear. Due to the wear between the flow disc and valve disc, the hydraulic oil in the inlet and return oil channel between the gap and connected, under the action of high pressure, so that the hydraulic oil sealing, cleaning, heat dissipation performance decreases, the oil temperature increases, plus according to the wear.
