Safety Mat

Safety mat is a safety device used in industrial environments, mainly used to prevent people from being injured by machines and equipment in the work area. It is usually placed on the ground of machines or other dangerous areas, and can detect the entry of people or objects in time, and stop the operation of the equipment by triggering the safety system, thereby protecting the safety of operators.

Working principle
Safety mats generally have built-in pressure sensors or conductive materials, which can sense whether objects (such as people or other objects) touch the surface of the mat. Once the safety mat detects a contact signal, it will immediately trigger the control system, usually stopping the machine or sounding an alarm to prevent accidents. It is often used around equipment such as automated production lines, robotic systems, conveyor belts, etc., especially in environments where it is necessary to prevent dangers such as pinching and crushing.
