    Tips: Magnetic water flow switch in central air conditioning system

    The water flow switch is installed on the water outlet of the central air conditioning, which can prevent the host from running without load. If the water is insufficient, the flow switch will sense the corresponding flow rate and convert the flow signal into switch action, which will stop the main machine. In addition, the water flow switch should be installed on the evaporator outlet pipe. If it is installed on the intake pipe, when the pipe between the water flow sensor and the evaporator leaks, it will lead to the flow switch failure. And if the flow sensor is installed on the evaporator outlet pipe, the flow of the switch must be close to the main engine when it is in normal operation. If any part of the pipe leaks, the water flow switch will act to shut down the host without enormous losses.

    Easily replaceable flow switch
    I bought this flow switch to replace a failed flow switch on my brine chlorinator. The ATO flow switch is easy to install, includes wires to the box, and has some useful features. First, the wires going to the main box are offset in the direction of the flow switch, which means that in my case it was easy to tell which direction was the right way to mount upside down without seeing the arrows.

    Useful flow sensing switch
    Good sensor products. G1 / 4 magnetic flow switch can be used in various water systems. I mainly use it to control my electric water heater. It is easy to use. So far, the work is going well.
