Tips: How to deal with the over-temperature of air compressor
The air compressor will produce very high temperature in the working process, and the high temperature will also affect its normal use. It is very important to understand the causes and solutions of the abnormal high temperature of the machine.
1. Maybe the cooler is dirty
The over-temperature of air compressor outlet may be that the cooler is dirty or sometimes the air compressor pipe is blocked. Of course, it is also related to the valve. The solution is to clean the cooler regularly and to check the pipe, including first stage and second stage air valve. We should pay close attention to water pressure, air pressure of different levels, lubrication pressure and noise when cleaning and checking running machines regularly.
2. Maybe the pressure valve is not closed
If the deslagging is abnormal, you should check whether the low pressure and high water pressure are ideal, test the oil separator, start and operate, pay attention to the noise, check if the motor circuit is normal after maintenance each time. You should check the minimum pressure valve because when the air compressor starts, the minimum pressure valve is closed in order to guarantee the oil pressure. If the minimum pressure valve is not closed in starting-up, it may cause overload and temperature rise in starting-up.
