Especially during the rainy season, the air humidity is high and the insulation value may even be reduced to zero. At this time, dry processing should be performed so that the insulation resistance and absorption ratio can reach the specified value. If rushed in operation, it is possible to make the gear motor coil insulation breakdown, cause an accident. Using external heat source heating method can solve the problem of the dampness.
After the damped gear motor is dismantled and checked, the high-power incandescent light bulb is placed inside the gear motor to bake it, or the gear motor is placed in a drying room for drying. This method is easy to operate, safe and reliable, but it is only suitable for small gear motors that are easy to remove.
