    In the actual production of the chemical enterprise, it is often found that some gear motors have not been used for a period of time. When they are turned on again, the insulation resistance of the gear motor windings is reduced. Especially during the rainy season, the air humidity is high and the insulation value may even be reduced to zero. At this time, dry processing should be performed so that the insulation resistance and absorption ratio can reach the specified value. If rushed in operation, it is possible to make the gear motor coil insulation breakdown, cause an accident. Using external heat source heating method can solve the problem of the dampness.

    Firstly, we use a 250V 15A switch to transfer the direction of rotation of the motor.
    Secondly, apply a 0.8μF capacitor to both ends of the blue and white wires of the motor and connect it to the transfer switch. The intermediate terminal of the transfer switch is connected to the power supply.
    Finally, turn on the power and test.
