    1. The centrifugal pump has the horizontal structure. The diameter of the inlet and outlet are the same. If a protective cover is added, it can be used in the open air.
    2. It is easy to install and maintain. No need to dismantle pipeline system, just lifting off the conjunction flat nut of vertical pump. Then all the rotor parts can be taken out.
    3. Horizontal centrifugal pump can be operating in series and parallel connection according to the requirements of flow and head.

    Tips: Main Reasons for the Mechanical Seal of Centrifugal Pump Leakage.

    1. The sealing end face between the moving ring and the stationary ring has the phenomena of too serious wearing, improper loading coefficient in design, thus causing the seal end face to have a crack, deformation, damage or the like.
    2. Several auxiliary seals have defects themselves or defects due to improper assembly, and the selected auxiliary seals are not suitable for working medium.
    3. The spring preload is insufficient or the spring has a fracture, corrosion, relaxation, coking or other problems, or suspended particles or crystals of the working medium accumulate in the spring gap after a long-period operation, causing spring fault and the compensation sealing ring is unable to float, so as to have leakage.
    4. Because the vertical deviation between the end face of the moving and static ring seal and the centre line of the shaft is too large, the sealing end face is not tightly bonded, thus causing leakage.
    5. Due to a large amount of axial yaw of the shaft, the fittings or the quality of the fittings associated with the seal are not good, it is easy to cause leakage.
