Tips: Difference between pneumatic ball valve and electric ball valve
- The force distance of pneumatic actuated ball valve is larger than that of electric actuated ball valve, the switching speed of pneumatic actuated ball valve can be adjusted, the structure is simple, and it is easy to protect. During the operation, it is not easy to be damaged by jamming due to the buffer characteristics of the gas itself, but it is necessary to have a gas source.
- The power source of the electric valve actuator is the power supply, which is generally used in occasions where the environmental requirements are not high and there is no risk.
- The response speed of pneumatic ball valve is faster than that of electric ball valve. Generally, the switching time of pneumatic ball valve is about 6 seconds, while the switching time of electric ball valve is generally 15-20 seconds.
