Tips: Both 50Hz and 60Hz have their advantages and disadvantages

For 60 Hertz, the transformer can be smaller and cheaper than a 50 Hz transformer. Although the difference is small, it can be accumulated in a system with many transformers. Using 60Hz can reduce the flicker of the bulb, but now this is really not a factor.
For 50 Hertz, power transmission over long lines is more convenient than 60 Hz. At lower frequency, the distributed capacitance and inductance of the line are also less affected. While 50Hz transformers require more copper and iron, 60Hz transformers require more expensive boards to prevent eddy current losses.

Please send me test report for the frequency converter.
I will have to work on getting that voltage level for you. Just so I understand this, if the phase voltage is set to 120V, then the difference in the measured output line voltage would be the error between the actual output voltage and the display voltage?
Also, would you be able to send me an example test report for the Hz-50-3375 frequency converter as reference, similar to the one you sent me for the 3315 model?

Please check the attached picture, there is a DIP switch on the machine to select phase voltage/line voltage mode, line voltage=phase voltage*1.732. If you choose phase voltage, the machine will display phase voltage. If you choose line voltage, the machine will display line voltage.
So, if the phase voltage is set to 120V, then the output phase voltage (U-N, V-N, W-N) should be close to 120V, and the line voltage (U-V, V-W, U-W) is equivalent to 207.8V AC. You need to measure the voltage at the output terminal and compare it with the voltage displayed on the display panel of the machine to check how much V is the error between them.
The test report is the same, you can refer to the 15KVA report.
When the power goes the conversation has to be manually reset and started. Is there any way this can be down automatically?
The communication must be manually restarted when the power goes out. Is there a way to have this shut off automatically?

The converter is located in a retail building, and after a few incidents, the building manager went to check on it and discovered that it was beeping and showing just zeroes. Then, until it was reset and turned on by pressing the red and green buttons, all of the appliances were turned off.

Is there a method to prevent it? I believe it's due to the power loss, but are there any other possible causes? Or did it restart on its own?

In this situation, you want the converter to have the capability of starting up automatically following a power outage, correct?
You can change the circuit of the start contactor coil KM1 by adding a delay relay KT and setting the delay period to 15 seconds, as shown in the automatic time delay start circuit diagram stated on the detail page above.

Do you have a frequency converter that meets our requirements?
I'm looking to install a machine intended for 208/3/60 operation in Germany. Do you have a voltage/frequency converter that will change the 400V/50hz power in Germany to 208V/60hz power? The maximum current draw is 30amps at 208V, and it's a 3 phase heater with no internal motor?
