Tips: Globe Valve Troubleshooting

• The pipe is not tightly closed. Now remove the solder at the welding seam of the stop valve pipe joint and the globe valve body, unscrew the stop valve, remove the internal dirt, and then solder the pipe joint and the valve body.
• Leakage at valve stem. You can first tighten the filler gland screw to see if it leaks. To avoid the difficulty of rotating the valve stem after the packing gland screw is tightened, loosen the packing gland screw for half a turn or one turn, turn the valve stem to a certain Angle, and then tighten the packing gland screw.
