    Orbital Adjustment for Automatic Screw Feeder

    1. Loosen the screw that locks the bite-wing and remove the bite-wing.
    2. Loosen the 3 screws on the right side of orbital bottom. (Just make the orbital loose, no need to unscrew screws completely)
    3. Loosen the screw on the right side of orbital front baffle, then adjust the orbital left and right.
    4. Adjust the orbital width according to size of the screws used. Bite-wing should be adjusted to be about 0.5mm larger than the thickness of thread (make screws can go back and forth smoothly).
    5. Lock the bite-wing. Keep the width between the bite-wing and orbital front baffle consistent, and then tighten screws on the right side of the front baffle and the screws on the orbital bottom.

    Tips: What are the reasons for the blockage of screw feeder?

    1. It may be that the material is viscous. For example, when the screw feeder is stopped, the internal material is not conveyed cleanly. Due to time problems, the material is stuck inside, which causes the screw feeder to block the material.
    2. It may be that the screw conveyor has hanging bearings, and the hanging bearings have accumulated a lot of cemented materials during long-term use, which has accumulated over time and formed a blocking button, which eventually caused the screw feeder to block the material.
    3. If other equipment is placed at the outlet of the screw feeder, it is easy to cause the delivery volume of the upper equipment of the equipment to be less than the feeding volume of the screw feeder, resulting in material blocking.
