Electromagnetic relay is a kind of control relay which is used to increase the number of control loops or amplify signals. During operation, when the voltage of the coil reaches the specified value, the electromagnetic relay will operate. The contacts of the electromagnetic relay are prone to virtual connection fault, which often occurs during the operation of electrical control. It may not always appear, so this fault is difficult to judge. But when it does happen, it can lead to a major accident. This fault is caused by the change of the contact resistance of the control loop, which makes the actual voltage at both ends of the coil lower than 85% of the rated voltage, so that the circuit is out of control.
