Note: The hydraulic punching machine needs to be used with a pump. (1.5kW/3.0kW double-acting electric hydraulic pump: ATO-DB300-D2, ATO-DB150-S2 are recommended).

1. Hydraulic hole punch made of iron, copper and other metal materials. Iron sheet ≤16mm, copper and aluminum row ≤20mm, angle steel 6-12#, U-shaped steel 8-15# punching, with a throat depth of 120 mm. Hydraulic punching machine must be used with hydraulic pumps.
2. The hydraulic metal hole punch body of the hydraulic punching machine with an output force of 50 tons is made of forged steel wire cutting, double-acting design, and the oil return speed is fast.
3. The punching die adopts Cr12MoV (chromium 12 molybdenum vanadium), which is suitable for low carbon steel, soft iron board, copper row, punching of metal such as aluminum row.
4. Hydraulic metal punch accurate punching positioning, no burrs for feeding, equipped with 3/8 joints and dust caps, can be connected to various pressure hydraulic pumps.
5. Standard mold configuration 16mm, 18mm, 22mm, 25mm for selection. Wide Face and Wide and Narrow Face can be optional.

 Hydraulic Punching Machine ATO-CH-80A and ATO-CH-80B: What are their differences?

ATO-CH-80B can punch the H-Steel and the narrow face of U-steel, but ATO-CH-80A can’t complete it.

 Tips: What are the common problems of hydraulic punching machine?

1. The hydraulic oil pipe of the punch press fails. The temperature of the hydraulic oil is also limited, too high or too low will cause adverse effects, and normal temperature is the most suitable. When the temperature is relatively low, it should be opened for a period of time. If you work for a long time, you should pay attention to check whether the oil temperature is overheated. In the hot summer, it is best not to let the machine work all day, especially to avoid the high temperature at noon.
2. Punch sensor failure. The unstable voltage of the hydraulic punching machine will cause the instability of the various circuits of the equipment. When the device displays a fault code, first check whether the voltage of the punch press is normal.
3. The electronic valve of the punch press is faulty, the connection head of the solenoid valve is loose or the threaded end falls off, the solenoid valve cannot be energized and the coil of the solenoid valve is burned out. The wiring of the solenoid valve can be disassembled and measured with a multimeter. If there is an open circuit, it means that the solenoid valve coil is burned, and the manufacturer or accessory manufacturer needs to replace the new machine solenoid valve.
