    Features:

    • The centrifugal pump has a vertical structure, and its inlet and outlet have the same diameter. The inlet and outlet are on the same centerline so that they can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. If a protective cover is added, it can be used in the open air.

    Tips: How to install the centrifugal pump on the high-rise building correctly?

    If the installation site of the centrifugal pump belongs to a higher level of the high-rise building, and the water pressure is rather low, it shall consider installing the booster pump in the tap water pipe. In selecting the water pump and installing it, it shall consider that the water pump interface should be consistent with the tap water interface.

    • Centrifugal pump installation position: The booster pump is usually installed behind the home water meter, that is, the water pump installation position is after the water meter position, or it can be installed in front of the water inlet of the gas water heater. When installing in the hot water outlet, a hot water pump with a temperature resistance above 85 ℃ should be selected.
    • Centrifugal pump installation: Remove the junction pipe connecting the cold water valve and the water heater inlet, install the pressurizing pump at the appropriate position on the lower right side of the water heater (fix two self-tapping screws on the wall), and connect the water pump to the water heater with the chill water pipeline of the heater with the metal hose or aluminum plastic pipe. The external water pressure switch is generally connected to the inlet section of the pressurizing pump, and the direction of the arrow should be pointed out according to the instructions. The automatic pressurizing pump does not require an external water pressure switch.

    Matters need attention in installing the centrifugal pump

    1. Before installation, it is required to carefully read the installation and operation instruction manual, and install as the manual requirement.
    2. Check the power data on the pump nameplate, confirm the pump is applicable to the power source to be used and ensure the reliable earth of the socket.
    3. Only when the power source is turned off, the connection can be made in the wiring box of the water pump.
    4. It is better to install the hot water centrifugal pump on the pipes with liquid flowing upwards.
