    Tips: Miniature Slip Ring Installation

    1. Place the cap of the miniature slip ring on the bushing of the instrument to be installed.
    2. Fix the miniature slip ring rotor part. The miniature slip ring has very low torque, so the rotor does not need to be fixed. Just wire the wires.
    3. Fix the miniature slip ring stator part. Tighten the screws on the flange of the slip ring so that the cap of the slip ring is attached to the device and remains fixed at all times.

    What’s the diameter of this one? Additionally, could you please make sure that there is no resistance change during the operation? Because we work on data acquisition from force sensors, so slight change in the resistance might tamper our data.

    High cost performance slip ring
    Outer diameter of the slip ring is very suitable. It is installed on a rotating LED display, conductive effect is very good. There is no flashing or poor contact phenomenon after a long time of operation. The extra wires can power the supporting equipment. High cost performance.
