    *When it is desired to reduce the speed further than the gear ratio in the table above, an intermediate speed reducer with a gear ratio of 10 can be installed between the motor and the gear head.

    Tips: How long should the gear motor replace the engine oil? 
    The gear motor shall replace the engine oil for the first time after operating 200~300 hours, the oil quality shall be regularly inspected in following use. If any impurity or deteriorated oil is mixed in, the engine oil shall be replaced. Generally, the gear motor that continuously works for long term shall replace its engine oil every 5000 hours or every year, the gear motor that has stopped for a long term shall replace its engine oil before starting again.
    When replacing the engine oil, we shall note that the same oil shall be added into the gear motor, it’s not allowed to mix the oil in different brands, however, the oil in same brand but different viscosity is allowed. When replacing the engine oil, the gear motor shall be cooled down till there's no burning danger, however, the gear motor shall be warm because the oil viscosity increases in fully cool, oil discharge will be difficult.

    • Instantaneous maximum torque line
      The maximum torque momentarily impacts the load when the motor is started.
      Beyond this torque, the over-current protection of the driver will cause the motor to stop.
    • Short time operation area
      The motor can run at a short time within this torque range at different speeds.
      If the operation time is too long, the motor will generate heat, which may cause the motor to stop or burn.
    • Rated operating torque line
      The rated torque of motor running at different speeds, and the motor can run for a long time at this torque.
    • Continuous operating area
      When the motor rotates at different speeds, it runs continuously in this corresponding zone.
