    Tips: How to do if the temperature rise of DC motor is too high?

    1. The winding of the stator windings may be short-circuited or grounded, causing the current to increase, and the loss is increased and overheated. If the failure is not serious, repackage insulation; If it’s serious, replace the winding.
    2. Bearing damage or excessive wear, so that the stator and rotor are rubbed together, check whether the bearing is loose, and whether the stator and rotor are not properly assembled.
    3. If the voltage exceeds 10% or more of the rated voltage of the DC motor, or is 5% lower than the rated voltage of the DC motor, the DC motor is easy to heat under rated load and lead to temperature rise, then we should check and adjust the voltage.
    4. Cage rotor broken or winding joint of winding rotor loosening leads to high current in the maintenance network and thus being overheated. Please weld or replace the strip-copper rotor; If it’s a cast-aluminum rotor, please replace immediately.

    • Instantaneous maximum torque line
