Tips: Common Faults and Solutions of Ultrasonic Cleaners
1. The transducer is damaged.Analysis: The ultrasonic cleaning machine may be turned on for a long time, and the temperature will gradually rise, causing the colloid to melt and the transducer to fall off or the ceramic part of the transducer to break.Troubleshooting: Use a shaker to measure the insulation strength of the transducer. The transducer cannot be used if the insulation strength below 200MΩ, and a new transducer must be replaced. The internal ceramic of the transducer will also break due to long-term use, making it unable to work properly.
2. Fuse damage of ultrasonic cleaner: If there is no power display and no action after turning on the ultrasonic cleaner, you must first check whether the fuse in the power socket is damaged.Analysis: It may be that the user's ground wire is mixed with the live wire or the neutral wire and is not grounded, or it may be a short circuit of the ultrasonic cleaner. The short circuit may be caused by aging components, then leading to fuse damage.Troubleshooting: Take out the fuse to check if there is any break. Use the multimeter to measure whether it is disconnected, and replace with a new fuse.
