Tips: Reasons for the contacts of contactor being unable to close after powering on

    1. Power supply circuit of the coil shorts.
    2. Coil circuit breaks.
    3. Coil's control voltage is too low.
    4. The contactor's coil has burnt out, thermal deformation of coil skeleton makes the iron core
    5. unable to be sucked to a proper place, thus the contact can't close.
    6. Adhesion of main contact.
    7. A foreign body or hard spots in the armature.
    8. Main contact dislocates (mainly for large contactor, bridge type contact).
    9. Auxiliary contact is not well installed.

In this video we will try to clear the confusion many people have between relays and contactors by showing you how to tell the difference based on five criteria: Definition, Capacity, Structure, Contacts and Applications.

Will the contactor work well with a load of 12-900V DC?
    Thank you for your response.
    Can you clarify further, please?
Will the device work well with a load of 12-900V DC, and will it work for AC loads as well? Is there a range on what voltage load I can use with AC?
For example, would it work with a 220V AC load as well as a 120V AC load? Additionally, the main contact has female M5 threading.
Does the bolt come with the product, or would one need to buy one separately?

The device can work normally with a load of 12-900V DC, the rated load voltage range is 12-900V DC, it cannot work with 220V AC load and 120V AC load.
The main contacts do not have female M5 threads, and the fixing bolts need to be purchased additionally.
The control end needs to use a DC power supply, and the load end can use an AC load, and the device can work under 120V AC and 220VAC loads.
Could DC contactor handle 120V AC?
I am looking at the 30A High Voltage DC contactor, 12V/24V coil.
I would like to know if this device can handle AC loads.
I see that the device is rated for 12-900V DC. Could it handle 120V AC?
All amps will be well below 30A.

The coil voltage can be selected from 12/24V.
Questions about 30A high voltage DC contactor
Is your 30A high voltage DC contactor driven with DC or PWM? Are both coils driven from 1 input, or are the 2 inputs separate?

    ATO Responded
Our DC contactor is DC driven, and 1 coil controls 1NO contact.
Provide 30A high voltage DC contactor with 12V/24V coil
I found a suitable factory-use in the ATO.com online store. 24V coils is what I need, and the coil connection method is also very convenient. We use it in the DC high voltage field to provide excellent performance in a lightweight device.
