Tips: How to Maintain the Heavy Duty Lifting Column?

Any item will wear out or fail during use, and the same is true of lifting columns, so daily maintenance and regular inspections are the basis for ensuring that equipment can work at peak efficiency. What are the precautions for the daily maintenance of the lifting column?

1. Check the working status of switches, buttons, indicator lights and buzzers once a month.
2. For the transmission mechanism and mechanical fixing mechanism of the equipment, conventional screw tightening should be carried out.
3. The screws on each terminal and each electrical component should also be checked once a month for looseness.
4. Regularly carry out dust removal and maintenance operations on the surface of the lifting column equipment, electrical control system and hydraulic control system.
5. During the electrical maintenance process, the relevant power supply should be cut off in time, and the maintenance, repair and other signs should be hung in obvious positions.
6. Regardless of any abnormal phenomenon of the lifting column, stop work immediately and check the lifting column. After the abnormal situation is resolved, it can be restarted to work again.
