    Applications

    The 3mm*5kV insulating rubber sheet has good physical and mechanical properties and excellent insulation properties. It can work in a dry environment with high dielectric coefficient requirements in the air of -35~+100℃. It is suitable for laying workbenches and grounds in electronic places, laying and installing grounds in power stations and substations.

    Tips: Insulating rubber sheet structure

    The insulating rubber sheet should be made of rubber-like insulating materials, and the upper surface should be designed with wrinkles or diamond patterns to enhance the anti-skid performance of the surface, and the back can be made of cloth or other anti-skid materials.

    Insulating rubber sheet quality Standard:

    1. Appearance: Spots or unevenness. The depth or height must not exceed the thickness tolerance of the rubber pad.
    2. Bubbles: No more than 5 bubbles with an area less than 1cm² per square meter, and the distance between any two bubbles is not less than 40mm.
    3. Impurities: The depth and length shall not exceed the thickness of the rubber pad and shall not be less than 40mm.
    4. Uneven edges or spongy: Width no more than 10mm, length no more than 1/10 of the total length of the rubber pad.
    5. Cracks: Not allowed.

    For my aquarium
    I used this rubber sheet to cover parts of the top of my aquarium, more or less of a vapor barrier. It also works for some shade cover to dim lighting.

    Tough enough rubber sheet
    Exactly what I was looking for. I cut rubber sheet to my needs and use it as padding on metal when contacting other materials. The rubber is tough enough that it does not deform under heavy weight.

    Protect my pole
    The 3 mm rubber sheet  support and store my weight plates like a shelf but wasn't protected so I used the rubber to protect the poles and keep the noise down when I put the plates on the sheet.

    Durable rubber

    Good insulation rubber sheet
    This rubber sheet is awesome!! Nice blend between flexibility and durability. Using it to cover floors that are prone to slipping and it works well. It’s a decent product for the money and I found it very easy to work with.

    Great rubber sheet
    I bought this rubber sheet with striped surface. It has a great anti-slip effect. No bubbles or scratches on the surface. Very easy to clean even if there are stains such as water or oil. It saved a lot of my time because of easy installing. The size also perfectly meets my request.
