Tips: Stepper linear actuator can normally start impulse frequency in no load conditions
Stepper motor linear actuator can normally start impulse frequency in no load conditions. If the pulse frequency is higher than the value, the motor can be started, but the lost step or a plug may occur. The start frequency should be lower in the load condition. If the motor is to be rotated at a high speed, the pulse frequency should have an acceleration process. The starting frequency is low and it  then will reach the expected high frequency according to the fixed acceleration.

ATO external stepper linear actuator in this video is 2 phase 4 wire comes in Nema 23 frame size. We will show you how to use PLC connect to the hybrid stepper motor system, and control this external stepper motor linear actuator for simple forward and reverse motion by the pulse and direction command issued by PLC.
