    Tips: What is ON/OFF control in temperature controller?
    In temperature controller, ON/OFF control is setting parameter P to 0. Temperature controller compares the difference value between the measured value (PV) and the set value (SV), and regulates controlled plant by ON/OFF control. When the temperature is lower than the setting lower limit parameter, temperature will open the heating device and the device runs at full power. When the temperature is higher than the setting upper limit parameter, temperature controller will close the heating device and the heating is completely stopped. The temperature fluctuates slowly between the lower limit and the upper limit. There is fluctuation for ON/OFF control temperature. The equipment starts and stops frequently, but the control method is simple.
    ON/OFF control is suitable for the environment that has lower requirement for control accuracy, such as water temperature control of baths.

    We need 4 temperature controllers
    Hello, we need 4 temperature controllers that can receive RTD signals from two heaters and send reference signals to control each heater. There are two heaters, each with a T/C or RTD signal input to the controller. The controller outputs 0-10mA or 4-20mA current to the SSR controller via internal PID control.

    The ATO-TEMPC-P2D does not have a controlled heating rate. We are unsure if it will meet your heating rate requirements.
    How to adjust the temperature controller timing ramp?
    Thank you for your reply, the size D1: 160mm × 80mm x 120mm, and the control output 3 phase relay.
    Please send the user manual explaining how to adjust the timing ramp, the period of time at set temperature and how to adjust multi steps of different temperatures at the same program.
    Please also offer how much the shipment to Egypt.

    1. The size of our programmable temperature controller is length x width x depth (mm) 160 x 80 x 85.
    The output is a set of relay signals, without 3 phase relay. Could you please tell us how your system is wired?
    2. Our programmable temperature controller can program up to 32 groups of program segments.
    For each program, you can define the heating time (you can set a few degrees per minute), and the constant temperature time.
    Program segment execution mode is optional: standby after execution or cyclic execution.
    Currently we can only provide manuals in Chinese, after you place an order, we can provide manuals in English.

    Does this programmable temperature controller meet my needs?
    Looking for a temperature controller for cold and hot using k-type thermocouple, -30C to 150C, relay output, modbus communication (to set temp, get temp, get status of outputs), cooling needs a minimum on time of 15 minutes, heat needs minimum on time of 1 minute. Does this programmable temperature controller meet my needs?

    Good quality for the price
    I use it for controlling a fan to keep my duck coop cool. These work superbly and have the current-carrying capacity to handle them. Excellent PID control with long enough leads I can place them at a good distance. I would like to get and extension cable for better sensor placement. Simple operate, but directions are difficult to understand. You’ll figure them out in the end.
