Installation Requires

Installation of the flowmeter should be away from elbows, obstacles, reducers and valves to ensure a stable flow field, one side of the upper limit requires a longer straight pipe, the front straight pipe length is greater than 10D, after the straight section is greater than 5D. the following chart for the field often encountered in several cases of the required length of the straight pipe section:

Installation Precautions

  1. If the thermal gas mass flow meter is installed outdoors, it should be covered with a meter sunshade to avoid sunshine and rain.
  2. Prohibit installation in strong vibration occasions.
  3. Prohibit exposure to environments containing large amounts of corrosive gases.
  4. Do not share the power supply with inverters, welding machines and other equipment that pollute the power supply. If necessary, install purified power supply for the converter.
