    Installation tips for servo motor

    1. When installing or removing coupling components to servo motor shaft terminal, do not use hammer to tap the shaft terminal directly. (If the shaft terminal is tapped directly by hammer, the encoder on the other terminal of servo motor shaft may be damaged.)
    2. Align the shaft terminal as much as possible (misalignment may cause vibration or damage to bearing).

    How long can an AC servo motor run at peak power?
    My use case involves torque loads that are fairly constant, but at times there will be peaks (almost 50% higher loads) for short bursts. Do you have data on how long your AC servo motor can run at peak power?

    The AC servo motor has a general overload capacity of 2-3 times the rated torque. And a peak torque time withstand is of about 2 minutes.
