Tips: How to Maintain Hydrothermal Synthesis Reactor?

• Cleaning. Regular cleaning is important to remove any residual materials that may accumulate on the inner walls of the reactor. After each use, rinse the reactor thoroughly with deionized water to remove any remaining chemicals or contaminants.
• Inspection. Regularly inspect the reactor for any signs of wear and tear, such as cracks, corrosion, or damage to the pressure vessel, lid, or other parts.
• Pressure testing. Periodically perform pressure testing on the hydrothermal synthesis reactor to ensure that it can withstand the high pressures and temperatures required for the synthesis process.
