Tips: What are the connection methods of pneumatic angle seat valve?

There are four types of connection methods of pneumatic angle seat valve, including tri-clamp connection, threaded connection, flanged connection, welding connection, but the most widely used method is threaded connection.

1. Tri-clamp connection: Now the light industrial automation assembly line equipment is developing rapidly, the pressure range tri-clamp angle seat valve is basically low, generally controlled at 0.6~1.6mpa, which is convenient for technical installation and disassembly.
2. Threaded connection: It refers to the installation of internal thread screws at both ends of the angle seat valve, which is basically used for operation at high temperature, and the temperature resistance is up to +300 degrees Celsius.
3. Flange connection: It means that the two ends of the angle seat valve are connected by flanges, and the scope of use is mainly engineering pipelines to control the flow.
4. Welding connection: It means that the two ends of the angle seat valve are directly welded and connected to the corresponding pipe port.
