Tips: Gas pressure reduction of SF6 circuit breaker, how to solve?
SF6 circuit breaker has the function of monitoring the changes of gas pressure through SF6 gas density relay. When the SF6 pressure drops to the first alarm value, the density relay is activated to generate the signal of "SF6 low pressure". The following operations should be performed:

    1. Check the pressure gage to see whether there is an air leakage or signal generated is correct or not. If there is a serious leakage of SF6 gas with irritating smell that makes people uncomfortable, anti-poisoning measures should be taken accordingly.
    2. If it is the pressure decrease caused by long term operation, rather than air leakage, an electric air injection should be carried out by specialists. If an air leakage occurs and SF6 gas pressure drops to the second alarm value, the density relay will be activated to generate signals such as "trip locked" or "sub-trip locked". If the circuit breaker is not tripped, an application of stopping the operation of circuit breaker should be sent to the dispatcher and measures should be taken as follows:
      a. Remove the operating fuse and put up a warning board.
      b. Switch the failed circuit breaker to a backup bus or interbus, and provide the power supply from bus tied or interbus tied circuit breaker.
      c. Try to have an electric air injection, if electricity not available, arrange an air injection after electric load is discharged followed by power-off.
      d. The circuit breaker with serious lack of gas can only be used as isolation switch. If it cannot be replaced by bus circuit breakers or interbus circuit breaker, this circuit breaker should be cut off before electric load is discharged to reduce the current of circuit breaker to zero.

I will definitely buy this product again.
I used this miniature circuit breaker on my new solar system to make sure it worked and I upped the voltage. It shuts down the system as it was supposed to. Highly recommend it and I will definitely buy this product again.
