I have a question
I want to control my 75kVA frequency converter's voltage & frequency externally (computerized). I want to bypass the voltage setting knob and frequency setting switch. Can you please explain how it works currently and any advice to get those settings on computer?

Unfortunately, our converters do Not currently support direct adjustment of voltage and frequency via a computer. If you would like this functionality, you must tell us before purchasing. This functionality requires customization to add an HMI.
How to wire frequency converter?
We are getting ready to install the frequency converters out at our project. Do you have information on how to wire these? Are these typically fed with SO cord from the bottom opening?

ATO Responded
Regarding the installation and wiring of frequency converters, the cables are usually connected from the bottom opening. R/S/T is the input power terminal, N is the natural wire, G is the ground wire, and U/V/W is the output three-phase voltage. You can refer to our operation demonstration video, please see on: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MJoK9mAmYhI

Some problem of 60Hz frequency converter
I already tried these steps. All phase voltages are same but problem is in line voltage (U-V, V-W, W-U). They are not same while phase voltage (U-N, V-N, W-N) is same.

ATO Responded
If the phase voltage (U-N, V-N, W-N) is same, and the output line voltage (U-V, V-W, W-U) only has a deviation of about 4-5V. This is normal. You can use this converter normally.
Since the converter you bought is a 2019 version, if you want to control the line voltage accuracy to about 1V, you can only upgrade and replace it with a new motherboard."
