Tips: How to install and maintain the triple eccentric butterfly valve?

• During the installation process, the triple eccentric butterfly valve disc must stop at the closed position.
• The opening position must be determined according to the rotation angle of the butterfly plate.
• For the butterfly valve with bypass valve, the bypass valve must be opened first and then opened.
• Install according to the manufacturer's installation procedure, and install the heavy-duty butterfly valve on a solid base.
• The butterfly plate of the triple eccentric butterfly valve is installed in the radial direction of the pipeline. In the cylindrical channel of the butterfly valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis, and the rotation angle is 0°～90°. When the rotation reaches 90°, the valve is fully opened.
