Tips: What advantages does the ATO oval gear flow sensor have over ordinary flow sensors?

Compared with ordinary turbine or paddle-type sensors, the ATO oval gear flow sensor offers ±5% high accuracy that is not easily affected by turbulence or viscosity. Its full-brass valve body (equipped with stainless steel components) ensures excellent durability, pressure resistance, and wear resistance—performance far superior to that of plastic housings. The imported Hall effect sensor provides stable and consistent pulse signals, guaranteeing reliable data output. In addition, it works well with water, oil, and other viscous liquids, making it more versatile than standard sensors limited to clean water. With its robust design and long service life, it is particularly suitable for harsh industrial environments such as petrochemical plants, refineries, and lubricant plants.

    Flow sensor Information
I am designing a cooling test bench and am considering using your ATO-FS-OFZAT06T flow sensor. I'd like to know if you have a data sheet for this flowmeter, which contains additional information such as operating temperature range, media contact materials, and acceptable viscosity range.

This flow sensor's data sheet is available on our website. The operating temperature of this sensor must not exceed 80°C. The material in contact with the fluid is brass. We haven't measured the acceptable viscosity range, but the maximum acceptable viscosity requirement is that the fluid must be free-flowing, uncured, and free of impurities.
