Tips: How to Improve Efficiency and Accuracy of Digital Clear Label Sensor?

In actual use, the efficiency and accuracy of the digital clear label sensor can be improved through self-learning settings and manual fine-tuning. Here are the steps provided by ATO Automative Shop for you.

When you perform self-learning settings, please follow these steps: First, place the label in the card slot detection area. Second, long-press the knob cap for 5 seconds. When "AO" is displayed, short-press the knob cap for 1 second. Finally, enter the self-learning state, drag the label paper back and forth, and let the sensor self-learn more than 5 label seams within 10 seconds.

When you want to further improve accuracy, please perform manual fine-tuning: Short-press the knob cap for 1 second. Then increase (clockwise) or decrease (counterclockwise). Increasing the sensitivity is suitable for thin labels or label missing phenomena; Decreasing the sensitivity is suitable for thick labels or false signal situations.
