    Tips: What should be paid attention to when using the portable vibration RPM meter?

    • The connection cable of the sensor is prone to noise, so it is important to avoid cable twisting and excessive shaking. Another source of noise is poor contact in connectors, which should also be monitored.
    • The vibration RPM meter should not be used in environments with strong electromagnetic interference or corrosive gases, and it should be kept away from strong vibrations and impacts.
    • The sensitivity of the tachometer is calibrated at the factory according to the sensitivity of the sensor provided, so sensors should not be swapped arbitrarily.
    • Each measurement should be performed while the machine is in the same operating condition. Changing the operating condition may cause vibration levels to vary, leading to incorrect conclusions.
