    The temperature and humidity sensor placed under extreme working conditions or chemical vapors can be restored to standard conditions by following procedures.

    1. Maintain temperature and humidity sensor 2 hours (dry) at 45 ℃ and the humidity <10%RH.
    2. Then maintain temperature and humidity sensor more than 5 hours at 20-30℃ and the humidity >70%RH.
