    Tips: Variable frequency drive no-load debugging procedure
    I.VFD no-load power-on test

    1. Ground the grounding terminal.
    2. Connect the power input terminal through the leakage protection switch to the power supply.
    3. Check the factory display, if it is not correct, it should be reset, or request returned.
    4. Know well about the operation keys. 6 basic operation keys RUN, STOP, PROG, DATAPENTER, UP, DOWN. As well as MONITORPDISPLAY, RESET, JOG, SHIFT and other function keys.

    II.VFD with motor no-load running

    1. Set the motor power and the number of poles, according to the VFD operating current.
    2. Set the maximum output frequency, fundamental frequency and torque characteristics. Select the appropriate VPf curve according to the nature of the load. If the VFD is for the fan and pump load, the torque operation code should be set to variable torque and reduced torque operation characteristics. In order to improve the low-speed performance when the VFD starts, so that the motor output torque can meet the requirements of the production load starting, the low frequency should have a properly compensate voltage to enhance the torque. General the VFD is manually set compensation.
    3. Set VFD operating mode to keyboard. Press the RUN and STOP key to observe whether the motor can start and stop normally.
    4. Familiar with the malfunctions protection code when the VFD is running, observe the factory value of the thermal protection relay, observe the setting value of the overload protection, and modify it when necessary. The electronic thermal relay function of the VFD can be set according to the instruction manual. The maximum threshold does not exceed the maximum allowable output current.
