    Tips: Variable frequency drive loading debugging process

    1. Manually operate the stop button of the inverter panel to observe the stopping of the motor and the display window of the inverter to see if there is any abnormality.
    2. If the VFD has overcurrent protection during motor stopping, the acceleration deceleration time should be reset. If the overcurrent occurs during the start-up process, the acceleration time may be extended. If the overcurrent occurs during the braking process, the deceleration time should be extended.
    3. If the VFD is still protected in the limited time, change the stopping operating curve from straight to S-shaped, U-shaped or S-shaped, anti-U-shaped.
    4. If the VFD still has a running fault, try to increase the maximum current protection value, but cannot cancel the protection, and should leave at least 10% to 20% protection margin.
    5. If the Problem still cannot be solved, replace a higher power VFD.
    6. If the VFD drives the motor in the boot process does not reach the preset speed, there may be two cases:
      (1) Electromechanical resonance occurs in the system, which can be judged from the sound of the motor. Depending on the frequency of the system, set the jump across and span on the VPf curve. When the motor is accelerating, it will automatically skip these frequency segments to ensure properly operation.
      (2) If the motor torque output capacity is not enough, the manual torque lifting function can be set. The set value should not be too high, or the motor temperature will be increased. If it still have problem, should use VPf ratio constant method, or switch no-speed sensor space vector control method. For fan and pump loads, should reduce the curve values of the torque reduction.
