2. Yes, CE certificate.
Suitable VFD recommended by ATO
The pump is a 60Hz, 17.3 kw, 440 v, 31.7A submersible pump, three-phase motor.
What is the right 1 to 3-phase converter for this pump? Pumping water 267 m up to a tank from a water source.

We can customize required 1-phase, 240V to 3-phase, 440V VFD to run 31.7A submersible pump.
Recommend VFD capacity is 30hp (22kW), and model number is: GK3000-CS0220G. Its 240 input to 3-phase, 440V, output current 45A.
Hi, I have three phase motor, 7.5Hp, 11.8/20.4A, 380V, with 2800Rpm, is the GK3000-4T0075G will be good for the mission?

We calculated from your motor power and voltage that the current of the matching VFD is 11.8A at 380V. So this 10 hp VFD (GK3000-4T0075G) meets your needs.
I have powered up the drive with the spindle motor wired into it.
Started the drive the spindle motor and drive will go to about 25hz.
And won’t change when I increase or decrease the desired hz.
Setting it runs for about 30 seconds and faults out with E-10.
Can you help me out with a list of parameter settings that I will need to run the spindle motor in a normal run mode from the controller panel?

What are the parameters you set?
Please set frequency parameters P0.06=300, P0.07=300, P0.19=300.
Have any suggestions for VFD code?
We are getting a random E-12 Error code on one of our VFDs
Model GK3000-4T0075G
The VFD is set for 14.9 RPM.
And is only drawing 3.7 -4.0 AMPS.
VFD is cool to the touch, not overheating.
Any suggestions?

Regarding your VFD displaying E-12 Error, it may be due to instantaneous overcurrent during operation or a phase-to-phase short circuit of the motor circuit at the output end of the VFD.
You can refer to the attachment to set the VFD parameters.
Please set P0.22=2 or 3 (V/F curve setting.) P0.17=15 (Acc time.) P0.18=15 (Dec time.), and then run VFD with no load.
Please confirm whether the VFD can run normally up to 60HZ without load.
Then, please check whether there is a short circuit between the motor and the motor cable.
After confirming that there is no problem with the motor and the line, connect the motor to the U, VW terminals, and test again.
If there is still a problem, please provide us with a picture of the motor and VFD nameplate label and a video for further confirmation.
Thank you for your understanding.
You can send us the large video file via wetransfer.com.
VFD acceleration and deceleration setting
P0.12 and P0.13 are acceleration time and deceleration time.
We need to speed increase and decrease via terminals.
For example, please find the inverter we use in which terminals D13 and D14 allow for speed increase and decrease.
We will need to you if you have this option as I could find it in the manual you sent.

This product can set function parameter X1 to set terminal acceleration and deceleration.
You can define one terminal to accelerate and one terminal to decelerate.
Please refer to parameters 6 and 7 of the manual P3.00.

While modern VFDs often come with user-friendly interfaces, programming the drive for specific applications may require a certain level of expertise. Adequate training or consultation with technical support may be necessary for users less familiar with VFD programming.
