Tips: UPS troubleshooting - there is no display on the panel and the UPS does not work after the starting up.

Judging from the phenomenon, it is the fault of the electric power supply input, battery, and electric supply detection and battery voltage detection circuit.

1. Check whether the electric power supply input fuse is burned out.

2. Check whether the UPS battery fuse is burned out and whether the electric supply input fuse is OK. Because the UPS output and display will be shut down when some UPS cannot detect battery voltage.

3. Check whether the electric supply detecting circuit is working normally and if the UPS battery fuse is OK. If it doesn’t work normally and UPS doesn’t have a starting-up function without an electric supply, UPS output and display will be shut down. If the electric supply detecting circuit is working normally, please check whether the UPS battery voltage-detecting circuit is normal.

Reliable UPS power supply

Because of the covid, we work at home. UPS ensure that unsaved content will not be lost due to power failure, and WiFi will not be disconnected immediately. The equipment runs well. I don't know how long the battery will last, but it would be great if it could last for 2-3 years.

How can I adjust more technical information about the backup uninterruptible power supply?

For the type UPS 6000VA/4800W UPS power supply, I need more technical information on how to adjust the frequency range of 50 or 60 Hz.

In battery mode, you can't adjust the desired output frequency. The frequency of the battery mode is the same as the frequency of your grid. As long as you enter the grid once, its frequency will follow the grid.

Can you customize the uninterruptible power supply?

Does UPS meet my requirements?

I need a UPS that will provide back up power to a load of 60 watts for a minimum of 6 hours. I need 220v single phase 50hz for an Asia application. Will your SKU: ATO-UPS-2K meet that requirement? And what about if the load is 360W?

The 2kVA stabilizer can backup the power for 60W load theaortically for 6 hours, and can backup the power for 360W load for approx 1 hour.
