Tips: Difference between air diaphragm pump and electric diaphragm pump

The air diaphragm pump is driven by compressed air (2-8.4 kg air pressure), and the electric diaphragm pump is driven by an electric motor.
The maximum flow rate of the pneumatic diaphragm pump is 60m/h, and the flow rate of the electric diaphragm pump is only 28m/h.
The pneumatic diaphragm pump can adjust the flow rate by adjusting the pressure of the air source. The electric diaphragm pump cannot adjust the flow rate. The adjustment can only be achieved with a frequency converter.
The air diaphragm pump is structurally explosion-proof and is suitable for all kinds of flammable and explosive places, while the electric diaphragm pump must use an explosion-proof motor to meet the explosion-proof requirements.
The pneumatic diaphragm pump is cheaper and lighter.

Can diaphragm pump pass solid particles up to 400mm in size?

The connection is based on your recommendations.
Regarding the voltage, it has to be 50 cycle motor, with three phase motor.
It has to have particle passage up to 40mm
The flow has to be a maximum of 4,000 lts per hour.

Unfortunately, our electric diaphragm pumps can not pass solid particles up to 400mm in size.

Works as expected for the application I needed.

Good value for the price.

I got this 3 inch electric diaphragm pump yesterday with necessary fittings and instruction. Quality was apparent with overall weight of the pump. This AODD pump works very well and just like I wanted it to perform.
