Tips: What is high pass filter?
High pass filter is a system which make high frequency easily pass and prevent low frequency pass, mainly composed of capacitor, inductive and resistor. It removes the unnecessary low frequency part or low frequency interference in the signal. Its characteristic can be described by impulse response and frequency response in time domain or frequency domain.
According to the used components, high pass filter can be divided into active high pass filter and passive high pass filter. Passive high pass filer is only composed of passive components, and its constitution is based on the principle that the reactance of capacitor and inductive element changes along with the frequency change as. Active high pass filter is composed of passive and active components. It easily makes high-stage filter mainly by using cascade connection, which has small size, light weight, no need of magnet shielding, but it is not suitable to use at high voltage, high frequency, high power field.
