Tips: Notes for installation and wiring of thermal dispersion liquid flow switch

    1. It is forbidden for the wrench to hit the bottom plate of the liquid flow switch, otherwise it will cause the flow controller to deform and fail. In order to avoid electric shock and damage to the equipment, the power supply should be cut off when wiring or debugging the flow control switch.
    2. When wiring, it is forbidden to adjust other screws except the micro switch terminal and grounding screw. It should also be noted: Do not use excessive force when wiring the micro switch, otherwise the position of the micro switch itself will be displaced and the flow controller will fail.
    3. Special grounding screws must be used for grounding, and the mounting screws cannot be removed at will, otherwise it will cause the controller to deform and fail.
    4. The water flow switch has been set to the minimum flow value before leaving the factory, and must not be adjusted below the factory setting value, otherwise the switch may fail. After installation, please check by pressing the lever of the flow controller several times. Once you find that there is no "click" when the lever is restored, turn the adjusting screw clockwise until there is a "click" when the lever is restored.
    5. The target of the water flow switch should not be in contact with the inner wall of the pipeline and other restrictors in the pipeline, otherwise it will easily cause the controller to fail to reset normally.

    Works as expected
I bought this thermal dispersion air flow switch for an air ventilation detection system. It is very easy to install. There are 6 indicators to reflect the speed, which is accurate enough for me. It is working steadily at the moment. If it passes the time check then I will get a few more.
