You change one affix and your build doesn’t just improve—it mutates. Item progression feels dangerous again, in a good way.
But the real shocker? The leveling speed. I hit 60 in just under two hours running the exact route I’ve perfected from past seasons, but this time it felt smoother. Helltides and Whispers pump XP like they’re on a mission to break the servers. If you chain your Tribute Caches properly—26 is the sweet spot—you rocket from early-game fragility to mid-game dominance in one night.
Day 1 for me went like this: seasonal quest immediately, capstone at 30, jump into Helltides, track Azmodan if the rotation lined up, and temper gear every time I hit a stat spike. I crafted XP Incense as soon as I hit 45, grouped with a friend for shared chests, and the XP gains were so absurd we thought something was bugged.
