Difference Between Brakes
What's the difference between this brake (https://www.ato.com/electromagnetic-brake-15nm) and this other one (https://www.ato.com/electromagnetic-brake-6nm)? From the image, it looks like they're identical, except for the mounting plate on top. Is that the only difference?

Model FBD does not have an aluminum guide seat. FBD-1 or FBD-2 is based on FBD with an aluminum guide seat.
What is the max operating RPM for your brake part number: ATO-FBD-1-200? This would be attached to the rear shaft of a motor running at a max of 5,000 RPM.

Unfortunately, our brake ATO-FBD-1-200 cannot provide 5000RPM, and can only provide 3000RPM at most.

You can choose the 100Nm size, which is available in the drop-down box on the page.
What is brake power under load?
I am working on a project, and looking to use this brake on a battery power supply, where it will hold the brake for extended periods. I was wondering what is the running power of this unit. Online it is listed as 11W with no load, but wondering about the power under load.

No-load running power, the running load will not exceed 11W, but we have not calculated the specific value.
What is the time for engaging and disengaging the electromagnetic brake?
Hello.
ATO-EB-FBD1 Electromagnetic Brake at 200Nm.
What is the time for engaging and disengaging the brake?
My load is 83Nm.
I looked in the manual and can't find times.

Unfortunately, we do not provide the time for engaging and disengaging the brake.
We did not conduct tests for this, so we do not have the data.
But when the power supply of our brake is turned on, the brake will be generated immediately.
And when the power supply is turned off, it will be released immediately.
Adjustment range of electromagnetic brake
Whether the torque with your electromagnetic brake (DC 24V, 6Nm/200Nm) can be continuously adjusted to a certain range by the voltage or current. This is my question.

Unfortunately no, the output torque with our electromagnetic brake can not be continuously adjusted to a certain range by the voltage or current.
