Maximum temperature of the material under test
I'd like to know what the maximum temperature of the material under test can be. We need to measure a 10mm Ø pipe at 1200°C (2192°F).

The maximum temperature of the material under test is generally around 500°C, and it is insulated. The object under test is a 10mm Ø pipe at 1200°C (2192°F). Is this a boiler pipe? Given a 1200°C measurement object, we also want to know the ambient temperature on site. How much installation space (length x width) is available? Is there a room-temperature water source? Since the diameter gauge requires custom water cooling, the instrument needs to be thermally insulated and sealed.
