    S type tension and compression load cells have capacity range from 0.5kg, 1kg, 5kg, 10kg, 30kg to 200kg (5N to 2000N). Load cell capacity can be customized according to customer requirements.
    After purchasing one ATO load cell, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA.

    Load cell bridge voltage
    Does the Bridge (Excitation) Voltage mean the amount of volts I need to in order to turn on the load cell?

    Yes, the load cell bridge (excitation) voltage can also be called working voltage, input voltage or supply voltage. Because the main circuit of load cell is the Wheatstone bridge. For our load cell, the excitation voltage can be DC 5-15V.

    Yes, of course. just need to confirm which model of our load cell you are intersted in, as some supported and someother not.
    Distance between mincro load cell and transmitter
    In short, can I use your load cell amplifier for a concrete batching plant where the load cell may be placed about 40 meters far from the amplifier where the environment may produce a lot of noise. Your amplifier lacks cable shield input and four load cells tied together for single amplifiers.

    The distance between the transmitter and the load cell can be up to 50 meters, and shielding cable can also be used, so the length of 40 meters is okay.
    We cannot confirm the influence and interference of a lot of noise on the sensor signal.
    I have a problem with the load cell, please provide a solution.
    Our application weighs points at a time and we need a controller with 6 channels to connect all 6 load cells in the same controller to identify independence load cell weight and consolidated weight. Please provide a solution for the same.

    No controller can be connected to 6 sensors at the same time. But you can use a junction box to measure the consolidated value.
