Do I need to double the size of each load when I buy a VFD?
When sizing a single phase to three phase vfd, do I have to double the size per load. Example I want to power a 3phase 5hp motor on a table saw. Do I need a vfd rated at 10hp?

No, you don't have to double the VFD size. For 5hp motor, it will be suffice to go with 7.5hp drive. If you need from us to size the drive, please inform about motor rated current and voltage.
Is there a complete manual for the VFD?
Some time ago we purchased from you GK3000-2S0075G, order number 95923, the device was installed 2 months ago and works fine.
Today the VFD was working fine and when I changed some options I completely lost control of the device. Now the unit says I have 220V on the DC bus when I have 600V and I can't even turn the pump on.
Would like to ask you if you have the complete manual to try to configure the unit again, the printed manual we got with the unit does not describe all the options that can be configured.
Thank you in advance.

Dear Haley,
You could set P17.01=2 (factory reset), and test again.
Noted: The SHIFT button on the board is shift key, and the ENT button is to save and confirm the parameters.
After setting down, you could test the VFD again. Please check the attached user manual for your reference.
I have a question regarding the input wiring for the GK3000-2S0075G drive. The wiring schematic on page 22 of the User Manual shows inputs (X1-6, FWD, REV) connected as sinking (NPN) inputs. Can the inputs also be wired as sourcing (PNP) inputs? Is there a SOURCE/SINK mode switch on the drive?

Regarding the input wiring for the GK3000-2S0075G drive, the multi-function input terminals (X1-6, FWD, REV) are connected to the common COM terminal, so you don't need to consider whether it is NPN or PNP type. P24 and COM, 10V and GND are the +24VDC and +10V power supplies provided externally.
No power coming out 3 phase side
Installed a GK3000 single phase to 3 phase VFD Invertor and it is not operational. It's brand new. No power coming out 3 phase side.

Please don't worry, as long as you provide the information as requested, we will resolve your issue.
1. Please send us the nameplate of your VFD and motor for confirmation.
2. Please check whether the wiring of your VFD and motor is correct, as shown in the attached picture, and confirm whether the single-phase voltage input by the VFD is normal.
3. If the wiring is correct, please follow the attached quick setup documentation, or the following video to check if your VFD parameter settings are correct. Pls see on: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s6tTQdAVliM&list=PLlo8RulDRnthBFbP4ydheukDSKw2hAfDn&index=17
4. If the problem persists, you could send us a video showing the problem via wetransfer.com for reference.
The part number is GK3000-2S0037, https://www.ato.com/5hp-vfd, and GK3000-2S0075G, https://www.ato.com/10hp-single-phase-to-three-phase-vfd.
We ordered the ones that ATO had recommended and are asking me to help program them but not sure what settings are needed. I've looked at some of your videos. I thought there would be one on this page but no luck. https://www.ato.com/single-phase-to-three-phase-vfd
All the items we would be powering are motors but would the 10HP VFD work OK on a smaller motor, say a 3HP?
I'll ask for the pictures of the nameplates but should be the part numbers mentioned above.

For the programming of these two models GK3000-2S0037 and GK3000-2S0075G, you can refer to the attached quick setup document and the following two demo videos.
Note: If the motor is dual voltage, please follow the three-phase 220/230V voltage mode shown on the motor nameplate for wiring.
