    Air powered double diaphragm pump is a high efficient pneumatic device that can be used for water purifier with BioFloc technology. This AODD pump also can help you clean not only sewage and residual oil from cruises or barges, but also sediment contaminants in shaft, tunnel and sewers.

    Tips: What is an air operated double diaphragm pump?

    Air operated double diaphragm pump is given mane as pneumatic membrane pump that is a kind of positive displacement pump. AODD pump is also a kind of new conveyor, driven by compressed air, which can pump up a variety of corrosive liquids, liquids with particles, high viscosity, volatile, flammable and highly toxic liquids. They are made of four kinds of body materials, no-metallic (polypropylene), cast steel, aluminum alloy and stainless steel. According to different liquid media, the AOD pumps use different diaphragm materials to meet different users' needs. It can be placed in various special occasions used to pump a variety of conventional pumps that can’t pump suction medium.

    In this case, we suggest that Non-Metallic (Plastic) material will be better.
    Very pleased with this air diaphragm pump.
    Received this AODD pump just when I wanted! The product is cheaper than many other same function diaphragm pump. However, it is the same or better quality! Very pleased with it.

    3 questions about double diaphragm pump
    I have an item in my shopping cart ready to checkout-SKU: ATO-AODD-20 with SS body. I have 3 questions:
    1. The specifications at the bottom indicate that a teflon diaphragm is optional. I do not see an option on the checkout cart to add that. How do I add the teflon diaphragm?
    2. I also would like to know from the technical team if a "looped configuration" is allowable for this pump, with the outlet routed to the inlet in a continuous loop. I want to employ a dispenser valve to dispense at times at a lower rate than the Every Stroke Flow rate.
    3. Is the stainless steel body material 308 or 316?

    1. Yes, the Teflon diaphragm is optional, we have updated the website adding an option of the diaphragm material.
    2. Yes, this one should allow a "loop configuration" where the outlet is connected to the inlet in a continuous loop, no problem.
    3.Currently, only 304 stainless steel is compatible and available. In addition, 304 stainless steel material is currently in stock "lead time: 3-4 days".

    Is the stainless steel body material 308 or 316?

    The stainless steel body is made of 304 or 316. Currently, only 304 stainless steel is compatible and available. In addition, 304 stainless steel material is currently in stock.
    Great transfer pump.
    I received this AODD pump yesterday, it is a great transfer pump and it seems to be adequate at everything else you expect from a pump of this type. It has a good flow rate with no leaking. Very simple design, easy to use and robust.

    This aluminum alloy air diaphragm pump is light weight but delivers on performance. It is very easy to use for coolant, oil and fuel. It is a strong and durable pump, good quality and good performance make it an excellent value, and I highly recommend it.

    Very pleased with this air diaphragm pump.
    Order stainless steel one due to the fact a friend had one and he raved about how great it was. Great looking and great working air operated diaphragm pump. It’s a good size and surprisingly lightweight for its heavy duty construction. We were able to lift it to where we needed it with no problems. Highly recommend.
