Overview

Heavy duty AODD pump is easy to install and operate, which can be used for pumping toxic, flammable, high viscosity fluids, volatile liquid, acids, alkalis, corrosive liquids and paint binders.

Features

Pneumatic dual diaphragm pump can transport high temperature media up to 130 ℃.
Adopt pilot operated type air valve to eliminate the AODD pump downtime and extend its life span.
It is designed with multiport to help you install it easily.
Air powered diaphragm pump can be used as a movable-type material transfer pump because it has such advantages as small in size, easy moving, no need base, small occupied area and easy installation.
It can be externally connected to an electromagnetic valve for remote control. And the reversing valve requires no lubrication.

Air operated double diaphragm pump can adopt Fluor rubber, PTFE, butadiene rubber, neoprene, polytetrafluoroethylene as diaphragm material according to different fluid media. The pneumatic dual diaphragm pump placed various special places used for pumping all kinds of media that conventional pumps can’t obtain satisfactory results. Works great!

I replaced an electric pump with this AODD pump. Even though I had to get an air compressor also. In the long run it is a way better pump that moves product and I don't need to worry about the impeller getting bound up.

I would purchase again.

Great air operated double diaphragm pump for pumping hydraulic fluid. This aluminum pump is light weight yet delivers on performance. Good quality and performance make it a good value. I would purchase again.

I definitely recommend.

I definitely recommend. This AODD pump is very reliable for the price. I use this transfer pump all day long for very hot liquids and have yet to deal with any leaking. I will continue to go with this one. And I will buy more if I need.

No problems so far.

This 4 inch air operated diaphragm pump seems to be adequate at everything else you expect from a pump of this type. Very simple design, easy to use and durable. I use this pump all day long for very hot liquids and have yet to deal with any leaking. I definitely recommend.
