    Tips: What factors affect servo motor positioning accuracy?

    Several factors influence the positioning accuracy of a servo motor, including encoder resolution, servo drive tuning, mechanical rigidity, load conditions, and installation quality. A high-resolution encoder provides more precise position feedback, while properly tuned servo drive parameters help minimize tracking errors and improve response. Mechanical factors such as backlash, shaft misalignment, vibration, and insufficient system stiffness can also reduce accuracy.
