    Tips: How to Use AC Synchronous Generator?

    1. The grounding form of the regulator and the generator must be the same, otherwise the AC generator will not be able to output voltage due to no magnetic field current. And the voltage level of the two should be the same, otherwise the charging system cannot work normally.
    2. It is found that the alternator is not generating electricity or the charging current is small, and the fault should be eliminated in time, and the wire connection between the alternator and the battery should be firm. Otherwise, it is easy to damage the diode and electronic components.
    3. When the alternator is installed on the engine, the center of the pulley groove of the alternator should be aligned with the center of the pulley groove of the engine, and a suitable degree of tightness of the V-belt should also be set.
    4. When installing the V-belt early, pry the front end cover of the alternator strongly. Otherwise, the components will be damaged by pressure.
